Andrew is a Managing Director in FGMK’s Healthcare Practice. He specializes in resolving operational, reimbursement and regulatory issues for healthcare providers across the continuum of care. He advises healthcare organizations on repositions, buy-sell agreements and operational systems analysis. Andrew is also an expert on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement systems fraud and abuse, regulatory compliance, healthcare accounting, and contract negotiations.
Andrew’s expertise includes healthcare and not-for-profit entities operating in the senior care market, continuing care retirement communities (CCRC), ambulance companies, ambulatory surgical centers (ASC), assisted living facilities, dialysis centers, home health agencies (HHA), hospices, pharmacies, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), skilled pediatric facilities, supportive living facilities, and other ancillary service providers.
Andrew regularly lectures on reimbursement and regulatory changes, operational management strategies and profit and loss issues. He has also authored articles for prominent trade magazines and journals.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2011, Andrew was a partner in the healthcare group of Frost, Ruttenberg & Rothblatt.
