Cory is a Managing Director in the FGMK’s Advisory Services Practice. Cory has over 15 years of experience in valuation and financial consulting and has extensive expertise in complex business valuation assignments.

His experience includes the valuation of hundreds of businesses and intangible assets across many industries for the purpose of financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, damage claims, shareholder disputes, stock-based compensation, joint venture structuring, capital infusion, fairness opinion, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, strategic planning, and taxation.

Cory has focused industry expertise in health care and has performed sell-side and buy-side advisory services including strategic options assessment, evaluation and assessment of consolidated organization, transaction planning and strategy development, confidential information memorandum preparation, proposal evaluation and negotiation of letter of intent, definitive agreement negotiation, and regulatory approval and due diligence guidance within this industry.

Prior to joining FGMK in 2014, Cory was at Kaufman Hall, where he served clients in the mergers and acquisition practice.
