Jason is a Director in FGMK’s Audit and Accounting Practice. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in both internal and external audit, including many years leading audit and assurance engagements for publicly traded companies in both the real estate and manufacturing industries.
Jason has technical experience involving Sarbanes – Oxley procedures performed on public companies, Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations and Public Company Oversight Board rules and regulations. He also has financial statement audit experience in a diverse range of industries including architectural/engineering, broker dealers, construction, employee benefit plans, and technology.
Prior to joining FGMK in 2015, Jason worked at PwC, EY, and as an internal auditor at Tribune Company.
