Lee is a member of FGMK’s Executive Committee. He has over 25 years of experience providing auditing and accounting services, as well as consulting for manufacturing, distribution, technology, healthcare, not-for-profit, and professional services companies.
He also has extensive experience helping clients structure complex mergers and acquisitions on the buy-side and sell-side. He has served as an expert witness on financial matters and advised counsel on understanding companies’ financial positions and performance over a period of time.
Lee joined FGMK as a Partner in 2004. He was previously a partner at Deloitte and a managing partner at Klayman and Korman.
