Lew is a Partner in FGMK’s Tax Practice with over 30 years of experience advising real estate developers, closely held businesses, and individuals on tax planning issues. He analyzes clients’ situations as his own to achieve their business and financial goals in a tax efficient manner. Lew advises on issues such as structuring real estate transactions, like-kind exchanges, entity choice, accounting methods, and profit allocation amongst owners. He leads the firm’s cost segregation study practice for depreciable real estate.
